Cox Target Media, Largo, FL, will merge its shared mail offerings into a single brand. Beginning with its May 2001 mailings, the company’s Carol Wright national and regional content will be integrated into Val-Pak’s localized offerings. Carol Wright’s last distribution as an independent product will happen in April.

As part of the merger, the company’s Elm City, NC plant will be upgraded to accommodate the one-envelope structure the company is moving toward.
